#3 Rotate circular chromosomes
When circular chromosomes have not be linearized at a common locus, artifactual genome rearrangements may appear in the Mauve display. It would be helpful if the display could compensate by remapping the coordinates on circular chromosomes such that a user-specified coordinate becomes coordinate 1 for that chromosome.
