#16 distinguish pseudogenes
When viewing an alignment presently, CDS's that are pseudogenes ("pseudo") appear just like other CDS's, even though they are truncated, or do not have an intact reading frame. It would be helpful for pseudogenes to appear different from true CDS's, such as shaded or hatched.
