#65 mauve is not running

My computer system is 64 -bit window with java version 17.0.3.1. But I'm not sure if my environment variables are set correctly. After I install mauve, mauve always appears in the command window and then just flashes out. So I can't use mauve. Can you help me? Thank you very much.
