#60 Viewer stuck reading file

When I try to load an alignment in the viewer, the program says it is "Reading file" but never progresses beyond this state.

Alignment was done using progressiveMauve, which generated .xmfa, .bbcols, and .backbone files that appear to be in the correct format.
