#48 Cant look up annotation features when using a genbank file (.gbk)

Hi,

I am currently using Mauve to visualize a set of genes from different genomes. I am using annotated data saved as .faa file as input, but i cant search the annotated faetures. Assuming this was a problem with the input format i uploaded the entire genomes as .gbk file and still cant search though the anotation features. When i goto View->Find features. The tab that opens up says "no results to display". I am still assuming this may be the input format, which probably isnt .faa or .gbk. Can you please tell me the preferred input format.
