#47 concatenated block sequences are different from original sequences

Dear authors,

I used Mauve to align 9 sequences ( downloaded http://hgwdev.sdsc.edu/%7Eanovak/hgvm/MHC/). ref.fa was used as the reference. After I got result file from progressiveMauve, I concatenated block sequences for original sequences and compared them with orignial sequences. I found that lengths of concatenated sequence are correct, but sequences of three of them are different original sequences. Could you please take a look? Thanks!
