initial commit of my playground, containing:
- classes to parse OpenStreetMap networks to matsim networks
- classes to work on matsim networks, to
- select an evacuation are
- calculate a projection of the network on a plane
- calculate all blocks (smallest areas enclosed by roads)
- place ppl on an evacuation area
- GUIs to provide access to the classes to edit the networks
- a copy of the earliest arrival classes, which were taken out of the dressler playground
