I want to rename MATSimToplevelContainer to MatsimToplevelContainer in order to be in line with the Matsim spelling in other classes.
Since, however, the mac file system has problems with file names that differ only in capitalization, this needs to be done in multiple
steps (and hopefully will work at all).
