Set up AnalyseGAPDensity for KZN.

Some changes mostly in "Layer" in preparation for replacing inheritance of Layer by delegation in NetworkLayer

I disabled a line in one of the planomat tests since that line _always_ fails.

2 bugfixes in QueueSimulation:
- If routes ended on the same link as they started, but actually drove around on some other links in between, the simulation did not simulate such a route. Fixed.
- If a route includes the endLink somewhere in between (i.e. has a circular structure at the end of the route), the leg was ended the first time the endLink was reached. Fixed.
(Both cases can happen in more complex routes of transit vehicles, e.g. circuits).

Some new testclasses, readers, writers and drawers for signal visualization and code cleanup
