TransitDriver now makes use of NetworkRoute.getVehicleId() to return the correct vehicle id in the route of the current leg.

bugfix: handle legmode="undef" same as "undefined". Before, "undef" resulted in an exception. the plans_v4.dtd allows both, so it must be handled in the code.

Restructured feasible mode chain analysis such that feasibility of single plan/mode chain combinations can be tested while efficient branch-and-bound-type choice set generation for a given plan is retained.

transit driver now respects TransitRouteStop.awaitDepartureTime
