made two methods public for visualization reasons

renamed methods PassengerAgent.ptLineAvailable() to getEnterTransitRoute() and PassengerAgent.arriveAtStop() to getExitAtStop(). getEnterTransitRoute() now not only offers the TransitLine, but also the TransitRoute to better distinguish if agents want to enter a certain course. This also needed changes in the ExperimentalTransitRoute that now also has to store the TransitRoute.

also read/write TransitRouteStop.isBlocking to/from file.

Restructured feasible mode chain analysis such that feasibility of single plan/mode chain combinations can be tested while efficient branch-and-bound-type choice set generation for a given plan is retained.

make sure the new attributes (see r8003) are correctly written to file and read in again.

added simple readers and writers to the transitSchedule API that delegate most of the work to other implementations.
