Previously "Iteration 0" was not allowed - now it is (I changed xs:positiveInteger to xs:nonNegatveInteger)

replaced interface Leg by implementation LegImpl throughout code

I put "bin" under svn:ignore. Not sure if this does not have detrimental consequences, will see.

moved core.api.population.Activity to core.api.experimental.population.Activity complete commit

moved core.api.population.Activity to core.api.experimental.population.Activity .

moved package org.matsim.core.api.consistency into org.matsim.core.api.experimental.consistency

I removed the package org.matsim.api.core since there are currently no plans to fill this with meaning.

removed setCoord from the interface to make it completely empty. Should probably be in BasicActivity.

added some comments

made everything compile again
