Scenario interface contains now the methods already available in ScenarioImpl

removed Scenario and ScenarioImpl from api, new location org.matsim.core.api

made BasicScenarioImpl working with matsim core classes and adapted tutorial

routing with logic layer with plain-translator for the TransitRouterFinder class

fixed bug in copy constructor: also set distance and travel time of old route in new route when using GenericRoutes

use basic event handlers.

removed/replaced some unused constructors in ChangeLegMode

Moved method getAttributes() from class BasicEventImpl to interface BasicEvent, such that the events-writer can also use the basic interfaces. Restructured EventWriterTXT to also use getAttributes() instead of getTextRepresentation(). some other code cleanup in the events-package. new reference-files for some tests because AgentReplanEvent is no longer written to TXT-Events-files (the written info was useless and couldn't be read in anyway).
