added alternative constructor that takes a TransitSchedule instead of reading it from the file itself.

additional test case for router

added new constructor with TODO to be implemented.

made inner class DijkstraNodeData protected, so it is visible from inheriting classes as well.

migrated test case from src/**/PTControler2 to test/src/**/RouterTest.

fixed Javadoc.

replaced some deprecated event handlers with basic ones.

cleanup playground: removed EditableNetworkLayer

changed AbstractControlInputImpl to use Basic Event Handlers, and not the deprecated Event Handlers. Also did a bit of code cleanup in those classes, e.g. using Ids instead of Strings as keys in many collections.

use default estimations for travel distance for non-car modes in PlansCalcRoute.
