fixed Javadoc.

replaced some deprecated event handlers with basic ones.

cleanup playground: removed EditableNetworkLayer

changed AbstractControlInputImpl to use Basic Event Handlers, and not the deprecated Event Handlers. Also did a bit of code cleanup in those classes, e.g. using Ids instead of Strings as keys in many collections.

use default estimations for travel distance for non-car modes in PlansCalcRoute.

checked functionality of DemandGenerator and refactored to basic api

added convenience method to play a single config file
