Remove incorrect copy-paste comments

Changed comments and variable names to clarify what is actually computed

No longer create NetworkRoutes for legs with mode pt, walk, bike, or undefined. This leads to the routet-distance no longer being defined for those transportation modes.

handle special cases where CompressedNetworkRoutes are not correctly initialized, e.g. when they are used for non-NetworkRoutes.
