small corrections

Replaced calls to deprecated CharyparNagelScoringConfigGroup.getMarginalUtlOfDistance() with getMarginalUtlOfDistanceCar() (which is what internally already happened for some while) and removed the deprecated method. Did the same with the corresponding setter method.

replaced some event handlers with basic event handlers

added scale bar overlay to otf. works only with projected coordinate systems

LANE_WITH will now be read from network

set many events handlers and events attributes to deprecated, as only basic events (and basic event handlers) should be used. (closes ticket #41)

fix compile problem. Classes referring to MatsimTestCase must be in the test/src-directory!
