Reverting changes to improve performance by changing scope of variables since it makes not a big difference and probably rather worsens performance.

adapt stochastic choice set generation:
- create more output
- new option: use truncated normal distribution for random draw

replaced calls to deprecated method Population.addPerson() with calls to Population.getPersons().put().

removed deprecated methods setStartLinkId() and setEndLinkId().

removed deprecated method Plan.getScoreAsPrimitiveType()
