removed the deprecated method Controler.getTraveltimeBinSize(), made method Controler.loadData() private as was planned according to the Javadoc.

fixed null pointer in case of not set coordinate

fix config file so it works again with multiple iterations for replanning.

Modified some warnings so that they are only given once (in particular the minDuration warning, which seems to come with every
activity type).

ok ok I changed that one back (too many occurences of this statement at info level)

disabled a useless test case that only measures performance but has no assert statement.

additional checks/exceptions to ensure the routes are correct, so there are no problems when uncompressing the data again.

changed the type of routes that are generated when reading in plans: before, all transport modes except pt got a NetworkRoute, now only car gets NetworkRoute, and everybody else a GenericRoute.

I changed the "deprecated key" statement from "info" to "warn".
