removed the deprecated CharyparNagelScoringFunction, replaced its usage at the last places with the newer, more modular approach.

moved method getLanesAsInt() from BasicLinkImpl to LinkImpl, as it is also only specified in the Link interface, not in BasicLink.

removed unused imports

added 1.31 * ln(I) to leg scoring function and edited util values in testcase

Expecting some efficiency improvement for score calculation by moving variables out of often called methods.

Added setter for logger.
