Search of stations with longer walk distance fixed

removed illogical code.

removed deprecated method PersonImpl.removeWorstPlans()

made WorstPlanForRemovalSelector valid with PlanSelector guidelines and added test cases for it. Some tests were migrated from PersonImplTest.

removed tests for deprecated, soon removed method.

added method setPlanSelectorForRemoval() to make it configurable which plans should be removed from a person.

fix compile problem with wrong import statement.

removed method Person.removeWorstPlans() from the interface, made the method PersonImpl.removeWorstPlans() deprecated.

a new plan selected, WorstPlanForRemovalSelector, that the StrategyManager makes use of by default for removing excessive plans from a person. The code for it is essentially taken from Person.removeWorstPlans().
