deleted org.matsim.core.scoring.CharyparNagelScoringFunctionFactory, replaced all usages of it with org.matsim.core.scoring.charyparNagel.CharyparNagelScoringFunctionFactory with identical functionality (as a fact, the first one just delegated to the latter one).

code cleanup, replaced usage of deprecated scoring function with the newer ScoringFunctionAccumulator.

made it deprecated, in favor of the more modular scoring function approach.

bugfix: use correct class for initialization of Logger

BasicEventHandler now handles objects of type BasicEvent, not BasicEventImpl.

bugfix: interfaces implemented by superclasses of an event-class where not recognized when looking for matching event handlers, resulting in some events not being handled by basic event handlers. fixed, including test case.

replaced all occurrences of PersonEventHandler with BasicPersonEventHandler
