bugfix: use correct class for initialization of Logger

BasicEventHandler now handles objects of type BasicEvent, not BasicEventImpl.

bugfix: interfaces implemented by superclasses of an event-class where not recognized when looking for matching event handlers, resulting in some events not being handled by basic event handlers. fixed, including test case.

replaced all occurrences of PersonEventHandler with BasicPersonEventHandler

Update normalization to use double values, instead of integers.

removed deprecated and nowhere used method setLink().

replaced many events and eventhandlers with their basic counterparts and changed code accordingly (e.g. use event.getLinkId() instead of event.getLink()).
