removed deprecated and nowhere used method setLink().

replaced many events and eventhandlers with their basic counterparts and changed code accordingly (e.g. use event.getLinkId() instead of event.getLink()).

Separated the tutorials into example1 to example7 since sometimes multiple java files belong to one example. Hope that's ok, otherwise revert.
