code cleanup, mostly event-handlers, try to only use basic event-handlers to get a feeling for at how many places the actual references in the events are really used, and how often just an id is enough. some other code cleanup in the classes already touched to only use the basic-api.

- add missing chosen route information to bike choice sets
- create a parser to convert car format choice sets into bike format choice sets
