- JGAP optimizer now also accepts negative fitness values. Because of this, best chromosomes selector is again used instead of a roulette wheel selector which can only operate with fitness values > 0.0.
- Activities may have negative durations during optimization, but have a minimum duration of 1 second when returned to agent database.
