fixed some FindBugs warnings.

make sure maven can compile MATSim without special MAVEN_OPTS set.

New type TransitStopFacility that replaces the usage of ActivityFacility as locations for transit stops. Replaced all the code, readers, writers that dealt with transit stops. The stop facilities are now stored directly within transitSchedule and no longer in an external file.

fixed some warnings reported by FindBugs and some code cleanup.

code cleanup, removed useless, emtpy strings as assert-messages.

config-files for tests had wrong input-directory set. fixed this, cleaned up the configs, and removed the files at the wrong place, the reason the tests still had worked even with the wrong settings.

coding-style improvements.

changed VolumesAnalyzer to work on Ids instead of Strings.

small coding-style improvement.
