fixed some warnings reported by FindBugs and some code cleanup.

code cleanup, removed useless, emtpy strings as assert-messages.

config-files for tests had wrong input-directory set. fixed this, cleaned up the configs, and removed the files at the wrong place, the reason the tests still had worked even with the wrong settings.

coding-style improvements.

changed VolumesAnalyzer to work on Ids instead of Strings.

small coding-style improvement.

fixed some FindBugs warnings.

improved regions that are synchronized for better performance with multi-threaded simulations.

QueueNode and QueueSimEngine no longer implicitly use MatsimRandom.getRandom() for random numbers, but except a random number generator to be given explicitly.

Corrected processing of too short activity durations.
