Various improvements for the planomat external strategy module:
- Changed ecnoding of activity durations such that the generation of activity plans with a given overall duration is guaranteed.
- Some improvements in coding style.
- New expected test results due to change in encoding of activity durations.

If activities had no duration set, but had effectively a short duration (end-time short after start-time), it could happen that the time-mutation generated an end-time before the start-time. This is now fixed: it is now ensured that the end-time is not earlier than the start-time.

fixed some warnings newly reported by FindBugs after yesterdays refactorings.

renamed Facilities to ActivityFacilities in some more places.

ActivityFacilities no longer extends BasicActivityFacilities, as otherwise it doesn't compile with Sun's javac anymore... (see also http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=687004)

renamed FacilityImpl and FacilitiesImpl to ActivityFacilityImpl and ActivityFacilitiesImpl.
