If activities had no duration set, but had effectively a short duration (end-time short after start-time), it could happen that the time-mutation generated an end-time before the start-time. This is now fixed: it is now ensured that the end-time is not earlier than the start-time.

fixed some warnings newly reported by FindBugs after yesterdays refactorings.

renamed Facilities to ActivityFacilities in some more places.

ActivityFacilities no longer extends BasicActivityFacilities, as otherwise it doesn't compile with Sun's javac anymore... (see also http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=687004)

renamed FacilityImpl and FacilitiesImpl to ActivityFacilityImpl and ActivityFacilitiesImpl.

Extended the A* warning in the sense that it now states that the warning may be triggered although it is irrelevant.

Added parameter comment that plans file path is ignored when control(l)er is used.

renamed (Basic)Act*Event(Handler) to (Basic)Activity*Event(Handler)
