small bugfix. the simulation-endtime was not correctly respected: The simulation always performed one sim step more after the simulation-endtime was reached. E.g. setting the endtime to 12:00:00 would result in 12:00:01 being the last time step executed. changes the time of some stuckAndAbort-Events in one test case, otherwise no influence.

added new test method only using the controler, furthermore renamed testcase

playground cleanup and modification of planscreators to work with v4

reactivated testcase that has been disabled during the refactorings, now the testcase uses plans v4 again
