rearranged the order of some calls for performance improvement.

bugfix: Visualization of parked Vehicles always used snapshotStyle="queue", which painted all the parked vehicles very close to each other. Now it supports again "queue" and "equiDist" (the default in the config).

fixed a dubious equals-statement (link.equals(null) can never be true!)

removed option moveWaitFirst for QueueSimulation.
