[r6659] by grether replaced calls of ScenarioLoader.loadPopulation() with calls of ScenarioLoader.loadScenario(). At the beginning when those calls have been introduced while refactoring ScenarioImpl the semantics of loadPopulation() and loadScenario() have been the same, however in the current implementation they differ. loadPopulation() assumes that the network is already loaded by the user or created manually instead calling loadNetork() automatically.	2009-04-30 12:11:03	Tree
