- added second check, so that if no layer is specified every link in highway defaults is converted

- some code optimization to speed up Planomat (may not be noticeable)
- reduced dependency to Gbl.getConfig().planomat() throughout the code such that instantiated objects will no longer see changed values in the config. This helps to improve code robustness and hopefully solves the test case problems.

Method addlines suited for access database

deleted no longer used code.

continued work on transit-simulation: agents can now enter and leave transit vehicles and thus travel with transit!

changed method addParkedVehicle() from default-visibility to public, so it can be used from outside as well.

adding new KTIControler and updating the previous test.

don't ignore exception, but print out a warning.
