added method setLocalDtdDirectory() to manually specify the local directory containing DTDs.

bugfix / enhancement: Person.isEmployed() now returns object-type Boolean instead of primitive-type boolean, so it can be differentiated if the attribute is set all or not.

bugfix: write out correct dtd, so the generated file can be read in again.

QueueLane.getVehicle() and QueueLink.getVehicle() now search for a vehicle with the specified id, not for a vehicle whose driver has the searched-for id. Added test cases for QueueLink.getVehicle() and QueueLink.getAllVehicles().

changed all calls to QueueSimulation.events to QueueSimulation.getEvents(), and made the member events private (instead of protected).

- renamed method DriverAgent.incCurrentNode() to .moveOverNode().
- renamed method QueueSimulation.registerAgentDeparture() to .scheduleActivityEnd().
- bugfix in QueueLane.getVehiclePositions(): handle non-Integer Ids as well without Exception.
- include parked vehicles in visualization of QueueLink.
- make sure OTFVis can visualize parked vehicles again after internal refactoring of QueueSimulation.
