misc code cleanup. removed non-Javadoc-comments. removed some unused methods.

misc code cleanup, replaced calls to deprecated methods, fixed warnings reported by FindBugs

QueueLane.getVehicle() and QueueLink.getVehicle() now search for a vehicle with the specified id, not for a vehicle whose driver has the searched-for id. Added test cases for QueueLink.getVehicle() and QueueLink.getAllVehicles().

changed all calls to QueueSimulation.events to QueueSimulation.getEvents(), and made the member events private (instead of protected).

- renamed method DriverAgent.incCurrentNode() to .moveOverNode().
- renamed method QueueSimulation.registerAgentDeparture() to .scheduleActivityEnd().
- bugfix in QueueLane.getVehiclePositions(): handle non-Integer Ids as well without Exception.
- include parked vehicles in visualization of QueueLink.
- make sure OTFVis can visualize parked vehicles again after internal refactoring of QueueSimulation.

Bugfix - wrong event was fired

set defaults also if created directly in java

internal change: teleportationList now stores Agents, not Vehicles anymore.
