bugfix: line changes were ignored

don't put warnings in logfile about things which the user can't know.

Bug fixed in travel time test of Braess scenario. Preparation for stucked agents wasn't complete.

notation changed

- now there are bus drivers in SUMO-routes-file (for getting arrivals and departures of each bus at each stop and for getting the vehicleId of the bus used by each persons/agents [checking for matching departures of bus and person])
- update of EventsConverter (now with departureEvent, arrivalEvent, PersonEntersVehicle, PersonLeavesVehicle, entered link, left link, waitingForPt, actstart, actend, VehicleArrivesAtFacility, VehicleDepartsAtFacility, TransitDriverStarts)
- introducing EventsComparator

construct WGS84 and DHDN-GK4 reference systems by EPSG-code rather than by WKT
