- PtMatrix cannot be set anytime anymore
- Computation of accessibility was somehow different (?): walk from
facilities no considered in AccessibilityControlerListenerDelegate
(Probably because it is part of PtMatrix? It would actually make sense
to include it into the contribution calculators)

move accessibility contribution calculation in their own files (not used yet)

extract mode-specific "exp util contributions" in specific methods

move things around to make method extraction easy

use travel time calculator also for freespeed

probably some of the previous commits temporarilly re-introduced
the bug fixed by r33402 (worked locally with git)

start extracting mode-specific utility computation

remove redundant method
