analysis of braess simulation new structured: route travel times are now seen as the time from wait2link to arrival. additionally, avg route travel times per wait2link time and arrival are calculated and written by the analyzer, i.e. you are now able to plot avg route travel times depending on the agent's start times.

added a for loop that sets the freespeed in the test network to 20/12 m/s (in order to make the example work)

Some minor changes: WelfareCarefulMultiPlanOperator now also prints welfare correction and expenses into scored plans. Welfare Analyzer now prints stats about all existing plans for one iteration. Added a new if statement in PConfigGroup's method validate.

Fixed output folder path for monthly event files.

Added the splitting of events files to the automated tasks of Digicore accelerometer data processing.
