Commit [r33346] Maximize Restore History

analysis of braess simulation new structured: route travel times are now seen as the time from wait2link to arrival. additionally, avg route travel times per wait2link time and arrival are calculated and written by the analyzer, i.e. you are now able to plot avg route travel times depending on the agent's start times.
