remove use of "usages" package from sharedvehicles

remaining small dependencies between features should be OK, but usages
should be isolated

do not try to identify joint trips as trips

(attempt to isolate "features" as much as possible)
There are remaining links between packages, but they are rather
difficult to remove as of now...

remove zurich specific stuff from JointScenarioUtils

reduce dependency of socnetsim on ivtExt

all remaining dependencies can be moved to the contrib at creation

move pseudo sim out of socnetsim

do not want to make this too public

move a few "utils" classes to socnetsim

move blacklisted TAM and delete unused modules

move "individual based modules" to socnetsim

it might also make sense not to move all of this to contrib, I am not
sure...

move analysis scripts with dependencies outside of socnetsim

move ObjectPool to socnetsim

might also find its way to the core...
