reduce dependency of socnetsim on ivtExt

all remaining dependencies can be moved to the contrib at creation

move pseudo sim out of socnetsim

do not want to make this too public

move a few "utils" classes to socnetsim

move blacklisted TAM and delete unused modules

move "individual based modules" to socnetsim

it might also make sense not to move all of this to contrib, I am not
sure...

move analysis scripts with dependencies outside of socnetsim

move ObjectPool to socnetsim

might also find its way to the core...

solve further compilation problem

Renamed a class to be consistent with others.

move MapUtils to org.matsim

I use it a lot, and ivtExt is not enough anymore, if I want to use it
from contrib. It might be useful to others, and is pretty harmless.
