A flag is added to the pConfig group to activiate/deactivate the welfare maximization (per default it is deactivated). A further Operator type is added based on an existing one, but computes revenues in a modified way. Instead of collecting fares, transit line revenues will eventually be calculated based on the contribution to the change in welfare. To access the scoring functionality, one method in AbstractOperator had to be changed from private to protected and some functionality had to be extracted to a method which also had to be protected.
