fix failing multimodal tests

make sure core listeners module always there. One can only change
behavior using "overriding modules".
(As far as I can see, this "ControlerDefaultsWithMultiModalModule" could
actually let the defaults aside and be added as an overriding module
anyway, but at least it pointed potential confusion problems)

Removing google dependencies.

a big fix and minor cleaning in v4 and typo in v4, v6

forgotten files

delete classes partly commented by somebody

fortunately my Compiler settings allowed me to detect that... Just
commenting out some random overriden methods in playgrounds without any
warning/exeption does not look very good...

make moved files final

was done while I was working on them locally, and merge cancelled this
change

remove unused import

was there because of a merge when git-rebasing

start passing socnetsim to DI

MATSIM-367: DI for core listeners

- Marker interface for all "core" listener
- Added using DI: each one can now be replaced.

Merging the two versions by replacing the content of the original one by the content of the further developed one (V2).
