delete classes partly commented by somebody

fortunately my Compiler settings allowed me to detect that... Just
commenting out some random overriden methods in playgrounds without any
warning/exeption does not look very good...

make moved files final

was done while I was working on them locally, and merge cancelled this
change

remove unused import

was there because of a merge when git-rebasing

start passing socnetsim to DI

MATSIM-367: DI for core listeners

- Marker interface for all "core" listener
- Added using DI: each one can now be replaced.

Merging the two versions by replacing the content of the original one by the content of the further developed one (V2).

deleted no longer used playgrounds

fixes MATSIM-368

MATSIM-368 Fixed. Looks like old versions of GeoTools used "location" or "geom" as attribute name for the geometry, while the newest version requires "the_geom" as attribute name. Adapted our Facades (Point/Polygon/Polyline-FeatureFactory) to take care of this. Code not using any of those facades must make the change themselves.
