MATSIM-368 Fixed. Looks like old versions of GeoTools used "location" or "geom" as attribute name for the geometry, while the newest version requires "the_geom" as attribute name. Adapted our Facades (Point/Polygon/Polyline-FeatureFactory) to take care of this. Code not using any of those facades must make the change themselves.

back to one car per activity that needs a car (in commit before this one: one car per person that needs a car); added stop for each car with duration = 10s

Adapted code to perform incremental updates. Adjusted tests accordingly. This should allow much faster processing, and little or no reprocessing of new accelerometer data added to the server.
