TransitRouter is the bound interface, not TransitRouterFactory

remove TravelDisutility binding - TravelDisutilityFactory is (as of now) the main interface, because we can't get rid of the parameters: people expect to be able to get a TravelDisutility w.r.t. to arbitrary TravelTime
