Adapted multimodal so that it doesn't need to reset MobsimFactory between iterations. Unified some syntax.

one factory less - pieter, please look at psim in contrib..

fixed PSim - replacing the mobsimfactory during running controler is not possible anymore, so we need to have a mobsimfactory which distributes alternating mobsims.
