Equil network set up for EI with mixed traffic.

Now, the class tests all measuring points of the accessibility grids, not just one (had to change the extent of the bounding box)

Now tests some quantitative results (freespeed, car, bike, walk and pt accessibility) in EvaluateTestResults.
