changes around QSim. getAllDrivingVehicles --> getAllVehicles (since that is what the method seems to do); get rid of calculateAndSetDepartureTime (integrate functionality into resetCaches); somewhat reorganize how resetCaches is called in between the composed PersonDriverAgentImpl; probably some other changes

provide default constructors for script writing

remove an obsolete comment

provide switch to allow dirty shutdown (as opposed to sometimes hanging indefinitely)

provide a TripRouterUtils class for default factories (easier for writing of script-in-java)

move CreateNetworkSHP to tutorial and rename to RunXxx so it can be found; providing pointer in mzilske playground so he can find

forcing plans in PersonDriverImpl to be unmodifiable. This may break one or the other test; use WithinDayUtils

infer route distance from beeline only if beeline factor is defined
